Field Crew require crew to work on boutique accommodation sites at festivals and events across the UK. Our main client is Podpads.
Work is available from June to August 2025.

Labourer / Site Crew
- Food + travel provided
- Maximum 3 x 4 hour reception shifts for your festival ticket
- Build and dismantle wooden & canvas structures
- ‘Finish’ the product and prepare the site
Festival Cook
- Food + travel expenses included
- No reception shifts, must have full UK Driving Licence
- Set up and pack down purpose-built event kitchen
- Plan and create a crew menu
- Prepare 4 meals a day and manage the kitchen area
Reception Manager
- Food + Travel expenses paid for
- UK Driving license desirable, but not essential
- Assemble, prepare and dismantle the reception area
- Manage guest check-ins & the reception team
- Provide unbeatable customer service
Deputy Site Manager
- Food + travel provided
- Maximum 3 x 4 hour or 1 x on call reception shift for your festival ticket
- Help manage and sign off the set up and breakdown
- Build & dismantle wooden & canvas structures
Site Manager
- Food + travel provided
- Liaise with event organisers, prepare the sites and forklift stock on/off lorries
- Manage the crew and construction, ‘finishing’ and dismantling of all structures
- Take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the event
